- The hotel requires a two-night minimum booking.
- Cancellations are allowed until 48 hours before the reserved date.
- Credit cards used for hotel reservations will not be charged until check-in.
- Reservations made after April 30, 2019 will be charged at the non-conference rate.

- Conference registration opens November 1, 2018.
