Marriott Hotel Reservations, Terms, and Conditions

- A two-night minimum booking is required.
- The group rate is valid until May 23, 2019.
- An advance deposit of one night's room and tax will be taken on Friday, May 24, 2019. Individuals who cancel their reservations by 4:00 PM (PST) on Thursday, May 23, 2019, may do so without penalty. Individuals who cancel after 4:00 PM (PST) Thursday, May 23, 2019, will be charged one night's room and tax. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Conference registration opens November 1, 2018.
